Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our On-Line Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payments via PayPal.

We can also accept a cheque with your order - in GB£ Sterling and drawn on a UK Bank. Please make cheques payable to "Cyber Innovations Limited". Your order will be despatched upon clearance of the cheque.
Shipping And Handling The Shipping/Handling charge added to your order will depend on the weight of your order and your location.

We will make all reasonable efforts to delivery your order as soon as possible. Normally dispatch will be within 4 weeks of order. If for any reason we are not able to meet our normal dispatch date, we will email you to advise estimated date for dispatch. Shipping for UK orders will be via Royal Mail 1st Class. Shipping for overseas orders will be via Airmail.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Guarantee We guarantee the workmanship and materials used in the construction of all of our products as being of sound and serviceable quality. We will replace any product that is found to be faulty, provided it has not been misused or carelessly handled.

Our products are covered by a warranty valid for one year from date of purchase, which will become null and void if the product has been tampered with in any way what so ever (including the application of unapproved oils and grease to a reel bearing assembly).

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy We accept the return of ordered items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

To return a defective item, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item packaged securely in its original box with the completed warranty form. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for purchase when the item has been used.

To cancel this contract, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return of the item as ‘Contract cancellation’.
